Joe B. Reuss ’49 Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is available to enrolled P1, P2, P3 and P4 PharmD students at the Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel School of Pharmacy for the 2024-2025 academic year, however the student must also be eligible for their Aggie Ring at the time of award disbursement.

One (1) $1,000 scholarship.

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled fulltime at the Texas A&M Rangel School of Pharmacy for the AY 24-25
• Be in good academic standing and achievement
• Be involved with extra-curricular activities
• Demonstrate financial need. Need is to be determined by the applicants FASFA, TASFA, or ISFAA on file with the TAMU Office of Financial Aid.  If a student does not have one of these on file, they will not be eligible for any need-based scholarships.

Must qualify for their Aggie Ring the same year as receiving the endowed Scholarship.  The requirements for eligibility as set forth by The Association of Former Students’ Aggie Ring Policy will be verified prior to award disbursement.

• A typed one-page, single spaced essay describing how you meet the eligibility requirements, how the funds will be used, and your career goals.

The required supporting documents for each scholarship must be uploaded at the time the completed application is submitted in order to be considered. 

Please submit your application and supporting materials by 5 PM on February 1^st, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 2024 and funds will be disbursed at the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.
