Given the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, we want everyone to be aware of the updated protocol to follow if an employee is showing symptoms/signs consistent with the coronavirus (COVID-19). EHSD has created the COVID-19 Ill Employee Protocol Supervisor Checklist that must be completed by supervisor for all employees, including student employees, if any of the following circumstances occur:

 

·       An employee is showing symptoms/signs consistent with the coronavirus (COVID-19);

·       An employee has officially been diagnosed with COVID-19; or

·       An employee has been identified as a close contact of another individual who tested positive for COVID-19.
